In response to community feedback, we will be splitting our monthly meetings into two events. We hope this greatly reduces the length of the meetings, allowing more parents and caregivers to attend for the information they most want to hear.
Each month we will hold two meetings:
1) Earl Haig P.S. School Advisory Council Planning Meeting: This is where we discuss all upcoming events and requests for funding, give the community a chance to bring forward items that they would like to be funded, and share a general update from all of our sub-committees.
2) Earl Haig P.S. Town Hall: This is where we will hear from the School Administration and Staff about all school updates, and SAC will give a general update about upcoming events and decisions that have been made. We will then open the floor to the community to ask any questions they may have for the Admin Team and SAC.

Earl Haig P.S. SAC Planning Meeting

Earl Haig P.S. Town Hall
- When: Wednesday, October 18, 7:00pm – IN PERSON & Virtual Livestream
- Where: 15 Earl Haig Avenue (Gymnasium)
- Zoom Link: CONTACT SAC FOR LINK (virtual link for livestream viewing only)
- Questions may be posted to the chat and will be read to the room.
- Childcare will be provided at the in-person meeting
- All parents, caregivers and community members are welcome to attend.
Community members should feel free to send any questions they have ahead of time to the SAC Co-Chairs to be covered in the meeting. The SAC Co-Chairs can be contacted at earlhaigschoolcouncil@gmail.com.
Both meetings are fully open for any parent or caregiver to attend. Minutes will be published following the meetings, and the full-year meeting schedule will be published following the October Meetings.
