I know – you must be thinking, there’s no way they want to start planning the June Spring Fair in November, can they? But actually, we do! Last year’s event was a great re-start for our annual tradition – and we learned a lot in a very short time about many things we could and should do better for 2024!
The first thing we learned is that we need to start planning MUCH earlier. Did you know that almost all corporations and organizational giving is planned by January for the entire year ahead? We need a team on the ground right now reaching out and pulling together the community to ensure next year’s event is even bigger and better.
We’re looking for people to lead various areas:
– Communications
– Sponsorships
– Donations
– Food & Beverages
– Games & Activities
– Many more ways to help!
