If we centre the voices of Black, Indigenous, and Persons of Colour students and families and increase representation in learning materials, then the entire Earl Haig community, particularly Black, Indigenous, and Persons of Colour students and their families, feel safe, valued, supported and experience more equitable access and opportunity.
