Come one, come all to our first School Advisory Council meeting of the year! We’ll be meeting in the Music Room on Tuesday, January 15th at 7pm. Childcare is provided.

At the meeting, you’ll learn about upcoming events and volunteer opportunities, hear updates from Principal Root, and you’re encouraged to share any ideas or suggestions you may have. You don’t need to be on the council to attend a meeting – all caregivers are welcome.

If you have any questions for the Principal, you can send them his way in advance of the meeting using this quick and easy form.

As everyone settles back into school routines, we wanted to share the reminder that we are just over a week away from our Play EH! Dance-a-thon. On Thursday, January 17th Earl Haig students will bust a move to keep us moving on our goal of funding our playground revitalization.

A prize of 4 Ripley’s Aquarium tickets will be awarded to the student who raises the most money and a FREE pizza lunch will go to the class with the highest combined fundraising – so let’s get jazzed up about those pledge sheets!

Students can also bring loonies and toonies on the day of the Dance-a-thon for snacks and glow bracelets.
