Our cupcake sale is tomorrow — can you bake up a batch for us? Sprinkles help make strike days feel a little bit better (and cupcake decorating is a great way to occupy kids for at least 5 minutes).

If you would like to show support and walk alongside EFTO members during this week’s strike days, please note that Earl Haig teachers will be picketing downtown tomorrow during the province-wide strike and along the Danforth (alongside Earl Beatty PS) on Friday.
In addition to walking with our teachers, there are other ways to show support for their fight to reverse the government’s education cuts and ensure EFTO members get a fair deal — call, email, or write the Education Minister, and your MPP (and do it often).
We need bakers for our annual Valentine’s cupcake sale on Thursday, February 13th. All shapes, colours, and flavours of cupcakes are welcome. Feel free to get creative – the fancier they are, the faster they seem to sell!
All baked goods must be nut free. Cupcakes that address dietary conditions (i.e. wheat-free, gluten-free, dairy-free) are especially appreciated but please make sure to include a note listing the ingredients.
Please bring your cupcakes to the office on February 12th or the morning of the 13th.
The bake sale will take place after lunch and each delicious cupcake will cost $1. Proceeds will go towards funding various school initiatives.
