The first day of school is less than a week away! As you scramble to get kids ready for another school year and as you squeeze the last few drops of summer fun into your days, please make a note in your calendar to join the Earl Haig School Council on Tuesday, September 4th for “Welcome (back)!” coffee and cookies in the west yard after drop-off. Let’s celebrate the start of another great year at Earl Haig P.S.!

Congrats to our graduates!
We sent off our graduates today at the Grade 8 graduation ceremony and after party at Danforth Bowl – congratulations and best of luck to our newest Earl Haig alum!
Baked goods for our teachers
We have one last ask of our fantastic volunteers before closing out the school year. If you have a chance to bake something this evening to thank our wonderful teachers for another great year, please bring your yummy (nut free) baked goods to the school office tomorrow morning.

A fickle weather forecast just won’t keep us down… the Earl Haig Spring Festival is on tomorrow as planned!
The festivities begin at 3:30 PM and run through until 7 PM. Bring an appetite and be prepared for lots of fun. Event tickets are available for purchase at the festival.
Let’s all keep our fingers crossed that Mother Nature cooperates tomorrow.
