The Community Potluck Needs You!

The community potluck is a cherished event at Earl Haig and we can’t pull it off without the support of our community.  The crew responsible for this years potluck on Wednesday, February 11, is looking for some more volunteers to make this event a success. If you are available for any of the following duties please email earlhaigschoolcouncil@gmail.com as soon as possible and let us know that you can lend a hand.  We can’t do it without you!

3:30 pm and on – set up tables, mix punch (supplies will be there), set up chairs and help arrange food when it arrives.

8:00 pm – help with clean up and tear down.

All food can be dropped in the kitchen (off the gym) starting at 3:30.

Thank you so much for all your support and we hope to see everyone there.  Don’t forget to bring your own plate and utensils and after dinner, Culture Shock will be sure to get your body moving.

There’s some really good stuff happening…
