Play EH’s Got the Beat!

Our Play EH! fundraising team has been busy and we’d like share some of their fundraising news and tell you about an amazing night out that is coming up soon.

Dance-a-Thon

First up, the final tally is in for last week’s Dance-a-thon. Our Earl Haig students flossed and grooved their way to raising an incredible $23,708 for our playground revitalization!!

The Play EH! fundraising effort was nation wide with pledges coming in from Vancouver, BC and Dartmouth, NS – very cool! And the lucky class winning the pizza lunch is Mr.Tamkei’s Kindergarten class!

THANK YOU to everyone who contributed, fundraised, volunteered or danced to make this happen.

Never mind, it’s too cheesy.

First Council Meeting of the Year!

Come one, come all to our first School Advisory Council meeting of the year! We’ll be meeting in the Music Room on Tuesday, January 15th at 7pm. Childcare is provided.

At the meeting, you’ll learn about upcoming events and volunteer opportunities, hear updates from Principal Root, and you’re encouraged to share any ideas or suggestions you may have. You don’t need to be on the council to attend a meeting – all caregivers are welcome.

If you have any questions for the Principal, you can send them his way in advance of the meeting using this quick and easy form.
