Earl Haig School Advisory Council depends on family, guardians, and the Earl Haig community to assist with planning, organizing, and staffing our events. Spring Fair 2025!

Mark your calendars for our biggest and most anticipated fundraiser of the year, returning June 5th 2025!  Join us from 3:30 to 7 pm for all your favourite activities, plus many new ones.

How you can support:

  • Volunteer for a station (even if you can only commit to 1 hour)
  • Buy your Spring Fair tickets in advance on School Cash Online starting May 19th
  • Bring lots of family and friends on June 5th!
  • Make a donation, big or small (drop into the black bins in the office):
    • Raffle Prizes (sports tickets, beauty, home goods, toys etc.)
    • Clear Jars (filled with small toys, stickers, Pokémon cards, low-value gift cards etc.)
    • Tuck Shop Items (Dollar Store items, candy, small toys etc)
    • Sponsor the Fair (email us for the sponsorship package at earlhaigschoolcouncil@gmail.com)

Pizza Days 

Every student’s (and parent’s) favourite day of childhood nostalgia has returned. Stay tuned to this page, our social channels, or the school newsletter for the next scheduled Pizza Day. Once new dates are scheduled, you can place orders on School Cash Online.

Pizza will be available for all grades including JK and SK.

  • $4 – One slice + one drink OR $7 Two slices + one drink
  • Choose from Plain Cheese or Pepperoni
  • Dairy Free, Gluten Free and Halal available
  • Pizza supplied by Pizza Pizza

Pizza Lunches wouldn’t be possible without our incredible volunteers. If you can donate an hour or two of your time for any upcoming pizza lunch day, please contact Zoe at zoevanempel@gmail.com to register.
