Pumpkin Patch Volunteers Needed!

We need your help to make our annual Pumpkin Patch on October 25th a great success!

Volunteer on Pumpkin Patch day

The fun begins early with unloading the pumpkins and transforming the Kindergarten playground into a Pumpkin Patch. Then, we need volunteers to sell the pumpkins and baked goods throughout the morning! Will you help? We sure hope so! Please sign up online with the shift (or shifts!) that work for your schedule: http://signup.com/go/LpZcDuJ

Volunteer ahead of time

Want to help but can’t volunteer at the event? You’re in luck! We will need bakers to donate a breakfast friendly baked good (please, no nuts!). Bakers can bring their yummy goods to the office the day before or to the Kindergarten yard the morning of the sale.

As always, thanks for your help!

Since school council elections are now over, it is safe to attend school council meetings for the rest of the year!

Remember, you do not need to be part of the executive committee or a member at large to attend – we encourage all parents or caregivers to join us. Please join us at our next meeting on Tuesday, October 16th at 7:00 PM (childcare is provided) to learn more about what the staff, parents and community are contributing to the education of Earl Haig’s student body. Have a great idea for a new initiative at the school? Fancy forming a fabulous fundraiser but can’t make the council meeting? Then please email your ideas or questions to earlhaigschoolcouncil@gmail.com!

Hope to see you there!
