All Welcome – October Council Meeting

Please join us on Tuesday, October 17th  from 7pm to 8:30pm in the school Music Room (basement) to learn about upcoming events, volunteer opportunities, hear updates from the Principal, and share any ideas or suggestions you may have. You don’t need to be on the council to attend – everyone is welcome! We would love to meet you!

Back To School

Welcome back everyone.  The School Council hopes that you have all had a wonderful summer and a fantastic first week back.

Remember to stay up to date with all school events by subscribing to our Earl Haig School Council Calendar – https://earlhaigschoolcouncil.com/calendar/

The first School Council meeting will be on September 22, 2015 at 7:00 pm.  The meeting goes until 8:30 pm and childcare is provided.  This meeting is especially important as School Council nominations and elections will occur.
More information will be following shortly, but we are looking for people to fill the roles of: Chair/Co-Chair, Secretary, Treasurer, e-Communications Coordinator, Ward Council Rep and Members-at-Large.
A nomination form will be available in the school office next week and we will also send one out electronically. Feel free to nominate yourself or others (with consultation with that individual first) for any of the above positions and place it in the Council mailbox in the school office.

8:40 – Yard Supervision Begins
8:55 – Entry to School
10:10 – 10:25 – Recess
11:45 – 12:40 – Lunch
2:05 – 2:15 – Recess
3:25 – Dismissal
3:40 – Yard Supervision Concludes

School Council Meeting Tomorrow: October 16, 2013 at 7:00pm.

 

Please join us for the first meeting of the school year with your new Earl Haig School Council.  Childcare is provided in Kindergarten Room A and the meeting will take place in the senior school wing, third floor in Room 24/25.
