If a piece of clothing hasn’t made its way home, please ask your children to check the cupboards outside of the main office. There are lots of hats, water bottles, jackets, gloves, etc. waiting to be found.
A reminder as we head into the season of alllllll the cold weather accessories: if items are labeled with your child’s name, they often find their way back to your child on their own so please label, label, label!
Members of the Earl Haig School Advisory Council have put together a draft of our annual School Statement of Needs (SSON), and we are looking for parent/guardian feedback on this. The School Statement of needs is a document that the SAC updates annually with a list of requirements that parents feel are desirable in any future principal that might be hired for our school. This document goes to our Superintendent (Marc Sprack) for him to consider when hiring a principal or interim principal for our school.
If any Earl Haig parent or guardian believes that there is a quality that we are missing from the SSON that we should consider for future principals, they can send a message to earlhaigschoolcouncil at gmail.com by Friday, November 27, 2020.
