Building Resiliency – Parent Presentation

Parents and caregivers, please join us tomorrow evening (Tuesday, May 14th from 7pm – 9pm) in the school Music Room for a presentation by Child and Youth Counsellor and mental health advocate Jennifer Kay. Learn strategies to help their families navigate the emotional ups and downs of growing up, focusing on supportive connections, practicing mindfulness, and communication parents can learn how to foster a growth mindset to raise resilient kids.

This is a FREE event at Earl Haig PS and childcare is also available for Free.

S.A.C. Meeting & Auction Update

Our next S.A.C. meeting is coming up

Join us on Wednesday, May 15th from 7pm to 8:30pm in the school Music Room (basement) for our next School Advisory Council meeting. Childcare is available.

At the meeting, you’ll hear about our many FUN upcoming events, volunteer opportunities, get an update on our PlayEH! project, hear school news from Principal Root, and – as always – you’re encouraged to share any ideas or suggestions you may have. You don’t need to be on the council to attend – everyone is welcome!
