Our next S.A.C. meeting is coming up

Join us on Wednesday, May 15th from 7pm to 8:30pm in the school Music Room (basement) for our next School Advisory Council meeting. Childcare is available.

At the meeting, you’ll hear about our many FUN upcoming events, volunteer opportunities, get an update on our PlayEH! project, hear school news from Principal Root, and – as always – you’re encouraged to share any ideas or suggestions you may have. You don’t need to be on the council to attend – everyone is welcome!

Next week is Ontario Education Week (aka Teacher/Staff Appreciation week)!

The recent budget announcements have made for some turbulent times for teachers and school staff all across Ontario. Our School Advisory Council would love to show our educators at Earl Haig how much we appreciate them by surprising the staff with a photo slideshow of students and families sharing their thank you’s. We will run the slideshow on the television in the front hall all next week.
